R. Samuel Cady is a board certified, fellowship trained ophthalmologist. He specializes in the diagnosis, management and surgical treatment of glaucoma and cataracts, in addition to providing comprehensive ophthalmic care. Dr. Cady graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse in 1999 after graduating cum laude from Duke University in 1994. Following a medical internship at the Maine Medical Center, he completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. He then served as a clinical glaucoma fellow at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary in New York City. Dr. Cady is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He is a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School and an assistant clinical professor at the University of Vermont, College of Medicine. He lives in Yarmouth with his wife, Ellen, and their daughter. |
