Matthew A. Thees, O.D.
Matthew A. Thees, O.D. is a licensed optometrist who joined Maine Eye Center in May 2005. Prior to joining Maine Eye Center, Dr. Thees worked locally in a private eye care practice. Dr. Thees practiced in a comprehensive vision center in Minneapolis, Minnesota before moving to Maine in 2002. As an optometrist, he has years of experience specializing in primary eye care, ranging from comprehensive eye examinations and contact lenses to the evaluation and post-operative care of LASIK patients.
Dr. Thees completed his undergraduate work in biological studies at The Ohio State University and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1995.
